JFO shipped this from the USA, along with a customizable recharging mat, on Nov. 9 and it was received Down Under (AUSTRALIA) on Nov. 21, without any dramas. Sturdy construction and easy to use. Why incur dealer fees or risk breaking the weird OEM screws, when for $5 this tool makes air filter mainteinance an easy DIY task?
I had already changed the cabin air filters on the Macan and the Boxster when I received this very handy little tool, so I had already suffered thru the task. I used all: a shortie screwdriver, a quarter and a nickel and all failed miserably; the job on the Boxster was even more painful! Do yourself a favor and get this tool! You will still have to be an amateur contortionist, but it will be much easier to remove/reinstall those pesky Porsche plastic screws.
I bought the tool to fit the unique screws that attach the interior panel hiding the in- cabin air AC filter. It works wonderfully well with these impossible 4 screws for my 2023 Porsche Carrera. Makes a bone back crushing task quite simple.
This tool made my job of getting under the glove box and removing and replacing 3 plastic screws so much easier than a coin or screw driver. Definitely worth the price paid.
