Note: in 2014 Cadillac produced both the 2nd generation and 3rd generation CTS. These only fit 3rd generation cars. Make sure your cupolder looks like the one in the picture.
A common problem with the cupholders found on the 2014-2019 Cadillac CTS and the ELR were the rubber bubbles. They tend to come loose and/or fall out leaving large, unsightly holes where valuables can be dropped into.
There is no factory replacement for the bubbles except replacing the entire cupholder. The labor cost could be more than $300 plus $70 cupholder part. Doing it yourself requires 2-3 hrs labor for most DIY owners.
The JFO cupholder solution gives you soft rubber caps that replace the lost bubbles. They replace the missing bubbles in just a couple of minutes. Although they are flat, the lack of bubble matters very little as the cup holder diameter is small. Your smallest cups may jiggle around a bit but will not tip over - many new Cadillacs have no bubbles.

The rubber bubbles on my 2014 ELR cupholder decided to disintegrate, resulting in an ugly "hole to nowhere." JFO to the rescue! I wanted the YouTube video and was easily convinced that I could replace them myself. The products arrived on time, as advertised, and with helpful visual instructions. I was paranoid about loosing a bubble so I looped a piece of thin but stout string through the hole (see pic). It allowed me to easily work the bubble into the opening for a tight fit.
These worked as advertised. They do a great job filling in the holes from the original worn out rubber inserts. Now I’m not worried about something falling into the center console area.

These inserts fit perfectly into my front console cupholders. As most of us CTS owners know that the ones from the factory eventually fails over time. Hello Jet fuel I received the cup holder inserts for my 2015 cadillac and got them installed, they look really good and fit nicely, time will tell how well they wear are stay in place my children are grown and gone so I want have to worry about curious fingers, it only took a small amount of effort with patience to install them and the product is as advertised. I only installed three, at this point. I struggled
With the 1st one, some hardened clue, exact same color of the plastic, was still there making the hole smaller. I was able to pop the glue out with a dental pick. After the hole was now bigger, the inserts were easy to install. And they look great.
